4. Contact form and enquiries

If you send us an enquiry via the contact form, your details (name, email address, optionally company and telephone number, as well as your information on your request, investment range and timeframe) are transmitted to our server and forwarded to us by email. We use them solely to process your enquiry and reply to you. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in processing enquiries). To protect against misuse, your IP address is briefly processed in encrypted (hashed) form in order to limit the frequency of enquiries. We delete your details as soon as they are no longer needed to process your enquiry and no statutory retention obligations apply.
