Process

How your project works.

Four clear steps. You always know where things stand and what comes next.

1

Getting to know you

You tell us what it's about, and we listen and ask questions about your business, your customers, your goals and what hasn't worked so far.

What we deliver

  • Your request in two or three sentences
  • Existing materials, if available (logo, website, printed matter)
  • Your idea of the outcome and the timeframe

Result

An honest assessment of what is worthwhile for you and what is not.

2

Concept & quote

The conversation becomes a plan: measures, timeframe and fixed price. You see what we propose and why.

What we deliver

  • Concept and measures
  • Schedule with milestones
  • Quote with all costs

Result

A written quote that you can review, adjust and approve at your own pace.

3

Implementation

We deliver what we agreed and show you interim stages before anything is final, so you can step in early.

What we deliver

  • Drafts and interim stages
  • Your feedback
  • Sign-off on details

Result

You see what is taking shape and keep control over the direction.

4

Results & optimisation

We hand over the result, measure what the work delivers and improve where it pays off.

What we deliver

  • Handover of all files and access
  • Review of the results
  • Suggestions for next steps

Result

Figures instead of gut feeling, and a clear view of what makes sense next.

Depending on the service

The process varies with the task.

The four steps above are the framework. In detail, a logo project runs differently from an SEO project. Here's how.

Web design

  1. Clarify goal and target group, define the page structure
  2. Develop copy and design, show interim stages
  3. Check technology, speed, data protection and accessibility
  4. Launch, register with search engines, review results

SEO and GEO

  1. Analysis: technology, content, competition and search queries
  2. Prioritise: do what delivers the most first
  3. Implementation across technology, pages, content and data
  4. Measure in Search Console, fine-tune and keep improving

Local SEO

  1. Audit: profile, listings, reviews
  2. Make profile and listings consistent and complete
  3. Build pages for locations and services
  4. Collect reviews, respond to them and keep managing them

Branding

  1. Clarify positioning, target group and competition
  2. Develop name, message and positioning
  3. Design logo, colours, typefaces and imagery
  4. Hand over brand guidelines and roll out the brand

Print

  1. Define purpose, format, print run and deadline
  2. Design and copy, coordinating corrections
  3. Check print files and coordinate with the printer
  4. Delivery, quality check and distribution
Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions.

How long does a project take?

That depends on the scope. You receive a schedule with the quote.

What happens if I don't like something?

Then tell us at the interim stages. We'll talk through what is missing and adjust.

Do I have to commission everything at once?

No. You can start with a single service and add more later.

Who provides copy and images?

We agree that in the quote. We usually develop the copy together with you; depending on the project, images come from your own library or are created from scratch.

What happens after the handover?

You receive all files and access. If you wish, we continue to support you, for example with maintenance or SEO. That is optional and offered separately.
