Why it matters
This is what counts.
Anyone who doesn't state prices wants to be able to adjust them later. This is a common reason for disputes between clients and agencies: the scope was never clearly described, so every additional service is argued over.
That is why we describe upfront what is included, what is not and what happens if the scope changes. That way you can compare, decide and plan.
What to look for in a quote
Is the scope of services described precisely enough for me to check it?
Wording such as "web design on a time-and-materials basis" is not a description. A good quote names pages, features, feedback rounds and deliverables.
What is not included?
This is the most important question. Typical items are copy, photos, licences, printing costs and ongoing maintenance. We state them explicitly in the quote.
What happens if the scope changes?
Changes should be discussed and itemised before implementation. With us, no extra effort arises that you haven't confirmed beforehand.
Can I leave out services or add them later?
A fair quote is itemised. That way you see what each amount is for and can adjust individual items.
Why do quotes differ so much?
Usually because they include different things. Compare contents, not totals. We explain how prices come about in the article What does a website cost.

Why do projects only start from €2,500, and why are €5,000 typical?
Good work takes time for understanding, concept, design and coordination. From €2,500, manageable, clearly defined projects can be implemented properly. Most projects, such as a complete website or a brand development, are at €5,000 and more. Below €2,500, we cannot reliably deliver the quality.
What does an initial consultation cost?
The initial consultation is for getting to know each other and assessing what is worthwhile for you. Whether there is a cost for it, we will tell you upfront when arranging the appointment.
